Aikmo is a family-run holding company bringing together successful businesses across a diverse portfolio of care, hospitality, retail and specialist services.
Each has its own character, expertise and ambitions. All are connected by a commitment to put people first.

Our role is to support each business with experience, guidance and encouragement, while giving them the freedom to remain themselves.

Care is one of the industries we are proudest to be a part of. Aikmo’s residential care homes are located across the UK, and each applies the same people-first principle. Care is a sector that asks a lot of the people in it, and we think that deserves real support in return.
Aikmo Retail
Retail is a rapidly growing part of Aikmo, with a number of stores in the UK and more growth on the horizon. The teams behind them are passionate about good, honest service; we’re passionate about giving them the support to keep delivering it.
Aikmo Hospitality
Talland Bay Hotel is our home in hospitality, perched on the Cornish coast in a setting that speaks for itself. Its history as a hotel dates back to the 1940s and we’re proud to continue it today.
Aikmo Services
Alongside care, hospitality and retail, Aikmo’s portfolio includes a number of specialist services businesses spanning climate control, landscaping and recruitment.

Family values
We started small, as a collection of family businesses building together. As we grew, we realised we could do more together than apart: sharing what we'd learned, encouraging new ideas, and giving people the confidence to grow. That's still how Aikmo works today. Our family of businesses has grown, but our values remain the same.
