Shneen is a constant, hands-on presence across every part of the Aikmo Group; not watching from a distance, but spending time with every team as each business grows. As a director, she works closely with teams across the group, supporting them through growth with the same care and attention she'd want for her own family.
Mike Stevenson
Director
Mike leads growth and strategy across Aikmo, working closely with teams to build sustainable, long-term success. He is driven by the belief that strong businesses are built on confidence, support and a strong culture, whether that’s a boutique hotel in Cornwall or a national retail brand.
Teresa
Founder Director
Teresa’s approach to leadership is defined by lifelong dedication to the care and wellbeing of others. Before founding the Aikmo Group, Teresa had a career in midwifery and that experience instilled in her the compassion, patience, and unwavering attention to detail that remain at the heart of our operations today.
As co-founder alongside Kevin, Teresa played an instrumental role in the creation of Peregrine House Residential Care Home, setting the standard for the personalised and supportive environment that defines all Aikmo Group’s culture, fostering a welcoming, family-orientated atmosphere where both residents and staff are empowered to thrive.

Founder Director
Kevin brings a wealth of discipline, clinical insight and strategic leadership to the Aikmo Group. His professional journey began with service in the Royal Air Force, where he cultivated a foundational commitment to excellence, teamwork and resilience. Following his military service, Kevin transitioned into the medical field, building an extensive career with the NHS before successfully moving into the private sector.
Driven by a desire to redefine quality standards in residential care, Kevin co-founded Aikmo Healthcare with the establishment of Peregrine House. His unique blend of clinical expertise and operational vision continues to steer the group’s mission, ensuring that every venture remains centred on high-quality care and professional integrity.
